Navigating self-publishing is difficult enough, but add to it the stress of turning your work into an audiobook and you may just throw your hands up in surrender. Let me help you. There are many websites that can assist you in uploading, auditioning, hiring, and narrating your manuscript. I can consult to point you in the right direction, or take on the production so you don't have to.
Megan has a home studio with a Rode NT1 5th Generation Condenser Microphone with SM6 Shockmount and Pop Filter, a vocal booth with an ASTM E413 Rating of NIC=27dB, and editing/mastering software.
Megan has a wide vocal range and can offer narration for your existing title. If her voice isn't quite what you're looking for, she can also take over the auditioning and production services through
ACX.
Editing
Whether you choose Megan to do your voce over work or not, she can do any editing of existing narration. She can take raw or previously mastered audio and edit the file to reflect your tone, pace, and wording you desire.
Basic Mastering
Megan can take your audio file and master it to adjust minor mouth noises (pops, clicks, breaths) as well as complete a noise reduction, soft/hard limit, compression, EQ, loudness normalization, and RMS normalization meeting ACX upload requirements.
Proofing
When your narration is complete, Megan is experienced with audio proofing and will take your manuscript to compare it to your narration in an effort to catch any errors in vocalization and noting noise anomalies or other distracting sounds.
Audiobook Production
Don't know anything about turning your manuscript into an audiobook? No problem. Megan can take over the project and audition, edit, master, and proof it for you.
